Phintia podarce
James S. Miller and Andrew V. Z. Brower
Introduction
Associated for nearly a century with Josia, Miller (2009) recently resurrected the genus Phintia for this species and its sister taxon. A rare day-flying moth, Phintia podarce occurs from the lower Amazon to the Andean foothills of Peru.
